Dual Pulser Enclosures
I came up with this idea for a portable,
self-contained pulser that would not require the battery to be fully
charged, but would still generate decent pulses. The
internal batteries furnish power to the pulser,.and the pulsers are
independently switched, so I can connect them without damaging
the pulser circuits. The batteries can be charged
(or not) while either connected or unconnected without changing
the operation of the pulsers. Both versions have peak
detector jacks, so I can hook up to my monitoring board, or just
check it with a meter.
- Version 1 (Standalone)
This one uses two 6V/4AH SLA batteries in series.
- Version 2: (For use in my UPS battery cabinets).
This one uses four 7.2V/2.8AH Nicads in series-parallel.
